Constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.  Workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, and more.  By incorporating the constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.

High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT) class that incorporates a mixture of body weight movements, and weighted movements that focus on all aspects of strength and endurance.  This class is for beginners to advanced levels.

Monday – Thursday: 6:00pm

Friday: 4:30pm

Saturday: 10:00am


Bringing cardio training to another level.  Using different methods of interval training to increase cardiovascular capacity, endurance levels, and stamina.  All levels of fitness are welcome (Beginners to Advanced).

Monday and Wednesday: 7pm


The flow of yoga combined with mobility stretching.  This class gives you the ability to improve your joint and muscular mobility to enhances your lifting technique, improve joint health, and elevate your recovery! All levels of fitness are welcome.

Tuesday and Thursday: 5:30pm

Saturday: 9am

Bare Grit

Fitness Bootcamp class.  A hybrid class of functional movements, plyometrics, and strength mixed into a high intensity interval training cycle.  All levels of fitness are welcome.

Tuesday and Thursday: 7pm


Not familiar or comfortable with the High Intensity Interval Training methods?  Now you can learn new forms of exercises in a controlled non-intensive class.  Learn new exercises ranging from body weight exercise, dumbbell, kettlebell, and barbell exercises step by step focusing on form/technique.  This class is held to progress you to the next level of exercise.      Beginner levels welcome.

Monday and Wednesday: 7:30pm

*Members and Non-members are welcome to use this option

Punch Card: $50

*This includes 10 class sessions to any class any time.  It can be used multiple times in one day.  There is no  expiration date for the punch card.

*Must have a gym membership to purchase.

GetFit Class: $65/month

*This membership only allows you to use the GETFIT class.  No other classes are included.
