Our CrossFit training is a comprehensive strength and conditioning program built around primal, functional movements that lead to total body fitness. CrossFit combines weightlifting, body-weight movements, core, conditioning, endurance, and high-intensity interval training to allow you to reach your health and fitness potential. When going “primal”, proper nutrition is the foundation. That’s why we couple various classes with nutrition education. The nutrition we promote is built around Mark Sisson’s Primal Blueprint which emphasizes eating and exercising the way our bodies are meant to.

Join CrossFit and work in small group settings with our experienced trainers in a state-of-the-art athlete gym and turfed training area. Workouts are tailored to ANY fitness level, and time is spent with every member to ensure they learn all of the CrossFit movements.
